The terms “Gothic Skin,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the seller operating the Gothic Skin online store. We operate this website and provide its information, content, features, products, tools, and related services to customers.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer products and services online.

These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced on our website, explain the rights and responsibilities that apply when you browse our website, create an account, place an order, or otherwise use our services.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.

Section 1 — Eligibility and Account Access

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least the legal age of majority in your country, state, or region of residence.

You may allow a minor under your supervision to use the website through a device you own or control, but you remain responsible for that use.

When using our website or placing an order, you may be required to provide information including your:

You agree that all information you provide will be accurate, complete, and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or provide your account to another person without our permission.

Section 2 — Products and Product Information

Gothic Skin offers gothic-inspired clothing, accessories, eyewear, and related fashion products sourced from selected manufacturers and suppliers.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, prices, sizes, materials, colors, and available variants accurately.

However, the appearance of a product may vary slightly because of:

Screen or device settings
Lighting and photography conditions
Manufacturing variations
Product or packaging updates
Differences in color display

Customers should carefully review the product page, measurements, available variants, materials, care instructions, and other relevant information before purchasing.

We may update product information, limit quantities, discontinue products, or remove products from the website when reasonably necessary.

Nothing in this section limits a customer’s rights when a product is faulty, unsafe, damaged, or materially different from its description.

Section 3 — Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is not accepted until:

The payment has been successfully authorized;
We have reviewed the order where necessary; and
An order-confirmation email has been issued.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including:

Product unavailability
Payment failure or reversal
Incorrect pricing or product information
An incomplete or undeliverable address
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
Shipping restrictions
Inability to fulfill the order

When reasonably possible, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided during checkout.

Products purchased through Gothic Skin are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale.

Section 4 — Order Cancellation and Changes

Customers may request cancellation or correction within 12 hours of placing an order.

Cancellation requests must be emailed to mangissiman@gmail.com and should include the customer’s name and order number.

We will make a reasonable effort to complete the request before processing or fulfillment begins. However, cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment, been packed, or been dispatched.

A cancellation is not completed until Gothic Skin confirms it by email.

If cancellation is no longer possible, the customer may wait for delivery and request an eligible return under our Refund Policy.

Customers in the European Union may also have a legal right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions. This statutory right is separate from the store’s 12-hour pre-fulfillment cancellation procedure and 30-day return policy.

Section 5 — Prices, Currency and Billing

Unless another currency is clearly displayed during checkout, product prices and payments are shown and processed in United States dollars (USD).

The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is submitted and confirmed.

Shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable costs will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Customers using a payment method issued in another currency may incur currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees imposed by their bank or payment provider. Gothic Skin does not control these external fees.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without prior notice. Changes will not normally affect an already confirmed order, except where a clear technical, typographical, or pricing error has occurred.

Section 6 — Payments

We accept the payment methods displayed as available during checkout. Depending on location and device, these may include:

Payment is authorized and processed when the order is submitted.

Payments are handled through third-party payment providers. Gothic Skin does not directly store customers’ complete credit or debit card numbers on its website servers.

A payment may be declined because of incorrect information, insufficient funds, authentication failure, bank restrictions, fraud-prevention controls, or payment-provider errors.

Section 7 — Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to eligible addresses in the United States and Lithuania.

United States

Processing time: 1–3 business days
Estimated transit time: 3–7 business days
Estimated total delivery time: 4–10 business days from payment confirmation

Lithuania

Orders shipped to Lithuania are expected to arrive within a maximum of 10 business days from payment confirmation unless a different estimate is displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, address problems, customs procedures, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Gothic Skin is not responsible for delays caused solely by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

For consumer shipments, the risk of loss or damage generally remains with the seller until the customer—or another person designated by the customer other than the carrier—takes physical possession of the goods.

Section 8 — Returns and Refunds

Customers may request an eligible return within 30 days of receiving an order.

Returned products should generally be:

Unused
Unworn
Undamaged
In their original packaging
Returned with included labels and accessories

Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer unless applicable law provides otherwise. When an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact us for return instructions before sending it back.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

Gothic Skin does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Section 9 — Legal Guarantee and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits mandatory rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.

For eligible purchases in the European Union, consumers generally receive a minimum two-year legal guarantee when goods are faulty, do not function as expected, or do not match their advertised description. Available remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

These legal rights apply separately from any voluntary commercial return period offered by Gothic Skin.

Section 10 — Intellectual Property

The original content and materials appearing on the Gothic Skin website—including text, graphics, branding, logos, layouts, videos, and design elements—are owned by or licensed to Gothic Skin unless otherwise stated.

Website content may be used only for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Without prior written authorization, you may not:

Copy or reproduce substantial website content
Republish or commercially distribute our materials
Modify or create commercial derivative works
Remove ownership or copyright notices
Use Gothic Skin branding in a way that falsely suggests endorsement or affiliation

These links are provided for convenience or informational purposes. Gothic Skin does not necessarily endorse and is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, security, products, or services offered by third-party websites.

Customers access third-party websites at their own discretion and should review the applicable terms and policies before completing a transaction.

Section 13 — Relationship with Shopify

Gothic Skin uses Shopify’s e-commerce platform to operate the online store.

Purchases made through the Gothic Skin website are transactions between the customer and the seller operating Gothic Skin. Shopify provides the technical platform but is not the seller of Gothic Skin products.

Shopify may process certain information as required to host and operate the store, subject to Shopify’s own terms and privacy practices.

Section 14 — Privacy and Cookies

Personal information collected through the website is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

Because the store is hosted by Shopify, certain information may also be processed by Shopify and service providers involved in:

Customers should contact us first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve a complaint.

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, eligible consumers may have access to an appropriate court, consumer-protection authority, or alternative dispute-resolution body. Lithuania’s State Consumer Rights Protection Authority provides an out-of-court process for qualifying consumer disputes after the customer has first contacted the seller.

Section 25 — Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Section 26 — Waiver and Entire Agreement

A failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or any other right.

These Terms, together with the policies referenced on our website, form the agreement governing use of the website and purchases made through it.

When a specific promotion or policy contains terms that conflict with a general provision here, the more specific terms will apply to that matter, subject to mandatory law.

Section 27 — Assignment

Customers may not transfer their contractual rights or obligations to another person without our written permission, except where applicable law allows otherwise.

We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a legitimate business transfer, restructuring, or sale, provided that doing so does not unlawfully reduce customers’ rights.
