Track Your Order

When tracking is available, Gothic Skin sends it to the checkout email address after the order is dispatched.

Delivery Timeline

• Processing: 1–3 business days
• Estimated transit: 3–7 business days
• Total estimated delivery: 4–10 business days from payment confirmation

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude public holidays.

Tracking Activation

Please allow 24–72 hours for the carrier to activate or update tracking. A temporary lack of updates does not necessarily mean that the shipment has stopped moving.

Separate Packages

A multi-item order may be shipped in separate packages. Packages may have different tracking numbers and arrival dates.

Delayed United States Orders

If a U.S. order has not arrived by the end of the 10th business day after payment confirmation, contact us with your full name, order number, checkout email address, delivery address, and tracking number when available.

Delivered but Not Found

Check the delivery area, safe places, building reception, household members, and neighbors, then confirm the shipping address and contact the carrier. Contact Gothic Skin if the package still cannot be located.
